Moral Stories and Lessons

A jewish man had a shoe shop in New york.
one day he came to work to find a huge 5 story mall- all selling shoes that had sprung up next door with a sign "best shoes for the lowest price in town"!!!!

He went to his rav desperately- The rav said- it's nearly rosh ha-shanna, just go to shul and pray hard!

so the jew went to shul on rosh hashanna and yom kippur, prayed and prayed, and went back to work- to see a 10 story shoe mall on the other side with a sign- "buy one pair get one free"

He went back to the rav in tears- "you told me to pray and look what''s happened!!" he said.
The rav just smiled and said- Nu, God answered your prayers!"
"What?" said the poor jew-" I'm ruined!"

The Rav replied- "Just write a sign above your door- main entrance"

the moral being that one just needs to find a way to let god in to us or a way to get to god...
